  • 2012-2013 sezonunda BAL'dan düşen Sivas İl Özel İdarespor sezon öncesi ligden çekildi.
  • Ligden çekilme nedeniyle geçen sezon 1.amatörde ikinci olan Abdulvahabigazispor lige alındı.
  • 4.haftada 1-2 iken yarıda kalan Üniversite-Demir maçı 0-3 hükmen Demir lehine tescil edildi.
  • Suşehri Belediyespor,ligin ikinci yarısından itibaren ligten çekilmiştir.
